Right!, there I go again, in a much moderate attempt to soften my prior answer to ALL BLACK statement regarding my first post.
Let's see:

The Dunning-Kruger Effect
This cognitive bias consists of a distorted self-perception, according to which some individuals with few skills or knowledge, ALL BLACK, by instance, think exactly the opposite; they consider themselves to be more intelligent than others, better prepared people, and probably, as is distilled from his answer to my post, in the certainty that they are somehow superior to others, thus incorrectly measuring their ability above the real.

This distortion is due to the cognitive inability of the subject to recognize his own ineptitude, because his real ability would weaken his own confidence and self-esteem.

On the contrary, competent individuals falsely assume that others have a capacity or knowledge equivalent or even superior to theirs. But, don't worry about it, ALL BLACK, this is not your case

I would prefer an apology on your part but given the circumstances and assuming you have understood my last answer - and with it, your limitations - it is better to leave things as they are

I did not read the original posting referred to (as I was too late). Nevertheless, i guess all-black was pissed off by the fact that you posted an obvious advertisement for your company _knowingly_ in the wrong forum. And I can only second that. Please move it to the according place. Thank you!
