Mallorca - wann Kiteverbot?

Moin,
ich habe wirklich die Suche bemüht, aber keine halbwegs aktuellen Infos gefunden. Spanisch is bei mir nicht so, daher entfallen auch die einschlägigen lokalen websites.

Weiß jemand, ab wann (Monat) das Kiten an den Stränden Mallorcas erlaubt oder geduldet wird?
Ich kenne den Spot in der Bucht von Pollensa.
Aber wie sieht´s mit den anderen Stränden aus, z.B. im Südosten der Insel?

Bin kein Anfänger und würde nur bei viel Wind / Welle rausgehen, wenn also eh kaum jemand am Strand und praktisch niemand im Wasser ist (also Badegäste). Bei Sonnenanbetern am Strand würde ich eh nicht dran denken, den Kite aufzubauen.
Zeit wäre bei mir Ende Sept bis Anfang Okt.

Mir wurde von einem Local gesagt das ist jedes Jahr anders.
Dieses Jahr war die Badesaison recht früh eröffnet. Anfang Mai.
Letztes Jahr ein paar Wochen später.

Grob gesagt: Badegäste = Kiteverbot

Ist das Wetter mies und es sind keine Schwimmer am Strand ist Kiten kein Problem. Bei gutem Wetter bleiben nur Alcudia und Can Pastilla.

From May until mid October all beaches are crowded if except Pollensa bay, therefore is not a good idea to ignore the law.
Some locals try Can Pastilla making use of the channel during the busy months as there are frequent thermals, if you manage to leave the beach and return through the channel and kitesurf on the outside, no problema, if caught behind the buoys, 3000 euros fine.
It is also possible to kite in Son Serra de Marina and in Playas de Muro but the same rules apply, make use of the water channel and don't get near the beach. The safest and clever option remains Pollensa bay in the Sa Marina area. From November until April, basically the beaches are almost empty, though the law don't make difference between summer and winter, you should not have much problems if you do well and don't annoy neither put at risk anybody.
About thermals, between 10 and 15 kts, mostly around 12 kts daily. If after summer, when there's wind you will have 20-30 kts easily, sometimes even more, mixed with periods of calms, of course.
Act always careful and wisely and all be fine.

Very helpful details and finally the clarification that the general kitesurf ban is valid throughout the year.
I´ll obey the rules and will only go out in the channels and/or when (hopefully) nobody is at the beach when the low-pressure wind is blowing strongly
