Tuesday at 11h, SE 14-18 kts, at 13h gusts between 16 and 23 kts, quite nasty, then turned ESE and stayed 16-21 kts until 16h that went 14-16 kts until dark.
Wednesday started E, 11-14 kts, at 13h went 10-12 kts and up a bit at around 16h, 13-16 kts, one of this days that you need the big sizes
Thursday at 11h, ESE 12-14 kts, down to 10-13 kts at around 13h, and between 12-16 kts after 16h and until dark.
Friday at 11h, ESE 16-18 kts, at 13h, up to 21 kts, then continous clouds formations arriving from E made things very unstable, sometimes there were 22 kts and after half hour some 12-14 kts, at 16h stayed between 16-18 until dark.
Saturday at 11h, ESE 16-18 kts, at 13h, clouds made things unstable again but between 22 kts and 16 kts the least, it went up and down until 15h and then stabilized to some 14-17 kts until dark. In short, the things have eased a little compared with last week but still, except for a couple of 12-14 kts days, you can kite using a 12 or a 14 mts kite with no problem.
It was a new meeting in Golfinho, this time with the Secretary of Tourism of Caucaia, all the local enterprisers and even the TV, there was offered support and collaboration for an event that will take place the 15th April in Centro de Convencoes in Fortaleza and will gather all major european tour operators, also was set a day to have decided the menbers of the Council of Tourism of Caucaia, entity which will organize and regulate all the activities of the area (kitesurf too). To Elias. To travel with a 12 as only kite is always a bit risky, here, depending of your weight youl need a 9,10 or 12 mts as most used kite for this period of the year, I am 68 kgs and I am using the 9 in the morning and the 12 or 14 after 15h.
About kite and party, definitely the choice is the city, lodge there, drive until here and at 18h, back to the action, actually Cumbuco has changed the last two years, now there s some bars who open at night, so you will not be forced to stay at your pousada s room but still the big action takes place in the city.
