Kitespots in Finnland?

Hallo,

kennt jemand Kitespots in Finnland?
Region:
entweder in/um Helsinki
oder in/um Tampere und Kryröskoski?

Ich fahr Anfang August zum Arbeiten da hoch, und würde ein kite-Wochenende dranhängen, wenn sich das lohnt.

ich kann dir leider auch nicht viel weiterhelfen, ausser dass du auf http://www.teamnorthshore.net/ einen "Chat" findest, bei dem du gleich die Informationen von den Finnen aus erster Hand beziehen kannst. Auf der Seite gibts übrigens auch nette Snowkite-Videos.

Hast du inzwischen sonst schon irgendwelche Infos über Spots gefunden? Werde ab 29. August für ca. 1/2 Jahr dort sein (Stadt: Oulu).

leider hat es bei mir mit Kiten in Finnland nicht geklappt, aber ich hänge mal die Infos an, die ich generieren konnte, zum archivieren.
Geeignete Spots sind wohl vorallem Hanko und Pori/Yyteri.
Mit dem Stichwort Yyteri Surfcenter oder Camping kann man aktuellere Infos googeln.

Ansonsten habe ich folgende nette Antworten auf meine dummen Fragen aus Finnland bekommen:

Tampere is on a lake area. You can even kite there.
(Anm.d.R.: die Seen um Tampere sahen am 3. Aug., dem Tag, als ich da war, sehr Kitebar aus, allerdings sind in dem sehr bewaldeten Gebiet bestimmt geeignete Start-Plätze schwer zu finden.)
But the best spot is Yyteri, Pori that is about 150 kms from Tampere to west at the coast. I can't guarantee winds but you should be able to ride at least with bigger kites. This is the best time of year. We are going to have a big session at Yyteri in late August.

Go to kite chat and you fill find Tampere locals.
