As part of our ongoing monitoring of the quality and conformity of our products in circulation, we have identified that some parts of the 'Halo', sold under reference number 22222-0600, may be defective.

For this reason, we are initiating a recall of all products manufactured.

Defective parts may break during navigation. This potential risk of breakage represents a danger for users and third parties.

Therefore, if you are in possession of a "Halo" harness covered by the exchange procedure, please stop using it and go directly to the shop to have the parts exchanged.

Replacement procedure

The MANERA after-sales service has established an international procedure for the free replacement of defective parts.

These parts will be replaced by the dealer, who will be provided with replacement instructions. We therefore ask you to contact your dealer by e-mail or by post.
