Your board is not ready, so we try to find an alternative solution with this prototype.
The launch of production in the new factory in Portugal does not work carefree and a fully operational will not be achieved yet in terms of production, delay will be always fluctuate. We have focused on the XTR SUP production pre-sale since few months that we received these days. The rest is in production but all the range can not be produced in the same time.
We get a delivery from this factory at least once a week, this is the big advantage of proximity, we do not have to wait to fill a container to launch a delivery.
We are deeply sorry and we do our best to reduce the waiting time.
