Dear Toby,
I am writing this email to you as of the problems I have seen written on
your web site regarding kitesurfing in Cumbuco.
Our position is very clear. 1 person only has caused a problem by
kitesurfing in the middle of the swimmers on busy days. This has happened
many times.
I don´t know why this person does this?
Velas Do Cumbuco loves to see kitesurers here in Cumbuco, we love to welcome
everybody here to the beach to have the best time.
We only asked, several times very politley that this 1 person stops being
dangerouse to our customers who are in the sea.
After many times of asking he did not listen - so I called the police - I
have a duty to look after my customers.
I ask you please to post this reply on your website so that our position is
very clear.
We welcome all people to come to Cumbuco and enjoy the beach for all
activities - but I ask the kitesurfers to respect other users of the sea
also.
