ATR 72 in Cape Verde for kite luggage
We've been in Sao Vicente and for 3 years. Local flights can be late (often) and cancelled (rare). Kite materials do fit on the ATR 72 plane. Sometimes with overcapacity (for instance backlog of flights due to weather conditions), not all luggage is taken from the 737 and 757 flights on to the ATR 72s, but that does not happen very often. If it does, and you need your kitesurf to be on the next international flight if can be a pain in the a.. because many of the TACV international flights are only once a week.
