In my experience the typical shop doesn’t care a lot about the customer support after the purchase is done.
I have lot better experience directly contact the OEM, which will decide in the end anyway. Could be my singular personal experience.

Question here is anyway, is there a construction fault with the bar (which may also cause a critical safety issue) and Naish have to find a solution even the bar (like my) isn’t broken yet.
