If you speak for the entire kite community of Fuerteventura then maybe you shouldn't hide behind an Alias. Then I could take you more serious.

I don't see how Bens Centre ruins kiting for anyone at the beach. And I think that 4 Centres all along the beach (which some people are trying to push through) or no Kitesurfing at all at Flag is worse. And the friendlyness of the "local" kiters is very small nowadays. I cannot understand why I cannot expect a single kiter to lift a finger when I lose my kite. It's pretty funny that all the times I have rescued kite, the favour has never been returned. So don't talk to me about friendlyness and helpfullness on the side of the local kite comunity.

Dear all,

I totally agree to all critical statements on Ben's kitecentre on Fuerteventura Flagbeach. The main target for Ben is: money, money, money . . . nothing else ! He doesn't care about people in general, his students or teachers, kite or surf spirit, helpfulness etc. Friendlyness never was his strength . . .

This is an important statement not only by me, but by all of our kite team/community, based on varied personal experiences. Everyone on oase.com should be aware of these facts, in order to avoid to lose lust for kiting or windsurfing, to lose money, material or even more.

Unfortunately Ben stays at Flagbeach since many years. The beach is awesome and beautiful. Also most of the people round here are absolutely O.K. and relaxed. So take it easy, enjoy Fuert beaches, waves, sun and wind . . . , but keep away from that greedy person.

Keep on kiting !
AA
